Zhifu district

Zhifu district is a business center of Yantai in Shandong province, which was established in 1983 with an area of 174.4 square kilometers and a population of 682,000.

It has received a variety of recognitions, including the "National Top 100 Technological District" and the "Hometown of Athletics”.

In 2012, its total output value came to 29.4 billion yuan ($4.79 billion) and the public fiscal budget revenue exceeded 2 billion yuan, a rise of 15.2 percent and 28.9 percent, respectively.
