The crabapple flower is considered to be the queen of all flowers by many Chinese, and it is bestowed with meanings of good luck and fortune.
Yuan Dynasty City Wall Relics Park has the largest area of crabapple trees. Every spring, the annual flower festival draws many visitors to appreciate sculptures, pavilions and murals among the aroma of crabapple flowers. The best time to enjoy the flower is from March to April.
