4 Panggezhuang (pear blossoms)
Panggezhuang, a village in Daxing district, has been famous for its delicious pears for centuries. The village used to be the designated peach supplier to the imperial family during the Ming and Qing (1368-1911) dynasties.
Every year around April, the mountains are covered in pear blossoms. The best time to go is mid-April when most of the trees are in blossom.

How to get there: Take Bus No 917 at Lishi Lu to Daxing, change to the minibus to Panggezhuang.
