Tsinghua Holdings Co. Ltd launched “Tsinghua Industrial Top 10 Talents of Technological Innovation” in May, forming a strategic cooperation framework with China Daily in response to the 13th Five Year Plan goal of building Beijing into a national Technology & Innovation Center with a creative spirit and innovative cultural atmosphere.

“Top 10 Talents” will provide opportunities for 10 innovative talents and selected finalists to tell stories and show their personal styles through individual applications, recommendations, peer reviews and online voting.
