The Xiang Cuisine Industry promotion week kicked off on Dec 1. More than 120 renowned enterprises gathered in Changsha to attend the event. The other three host cities, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, and Yueyang, also showcased a series of activities.
The 3rd Hunan Tea Industry Expo was held in Hunan Exhibition Hall from Dec 1 to 4. The exhibition aimed to showcase charm of Hunan tea, provide a platform for exchange, promote the tea industry economy and expand tea consumption.
The 2012 Hunan Spring Festival Stocking Expo, with the theme of "Chinese New Year with Hunan Flavor", was held at Changsha Red Star International Exhibition Center.
The “2011 China (Hunan) Private Economy Investment Conference & Chinese Businessmen at Home and Abroad Visiting Hunan” was held in Changsha from Nov 28 to 30.
The first promotion meeting to discuss Hunan's high-quality agricultural products was held at the Hunan Provincial Exhibition Hall from Dec 21-27, 2011.
