Xiang Cuisine Industry promotion week kicks off

The Xiang Cuisine Industry promotion week kicked off on Dec 1. More than 120 renowned enterprises gathered in Changsha to attend the event. The other three host cities, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, and Yueyang, also showcased a series of activities.

Focusing on the importance of industrial integration, the week of promotions this year embraced "broad collaboration and creative development" with industries of cuisine, porcelain, wine, tea and embroidery.

During the week, a number of themed activities were also held, such as the World Xiang Cuisine Forum, an exhibition of Xiang Cuisine, Xiang Porcelain, Xiang Wine, Xiang Tea and Xiang Embroidery, and the opening ceremony of the Bishi's Demonstration Park of Xiang Cuisine ingredients.
