Beidaihe cultural and creative base has been completed and put into operation.

The base, built by the publicity department of the provincial Party committee and Hebei Publishing and Media Group, has invested 126,000,000 yuan in developing the cultural and creative industries, organizing cultural communications, exhibiting cultural products and holding meetings.

The base is European-style and a landmark of Beidaihe.
