It was a grand event for overseas Chinese new media held on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The forum aims to build a platform for global Chinese new media to explore how to accelerate integration and change.

The event includes a main forum and two parallel forums. Authoritative experts in relevant fields, internet business leaders, and media representatives from home and abroad have gathered together to discuss how traditional media and emerging media can use intelligent technology to achieve integrated development and comprehensively enhance the spread and influence of overseas Chinese new media.

As an important pathway of the ancient Tea and Horse Road and the southern Silk Road, Lijiang is accelerating its efforts to develop into an internationalized tourism city.

From the perspective of Yunnan and Lijiang, the forum showcases the achievements of local construction and development since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012.
