Lijiang steps up big data tourism applications

Li Zhengyang, member of Yunnan CPC committee, inspected the Lijiang Tourism Big Data Exhibition Center on Aug 10, discussing the future of the city's big data tourism applications with local official members.

Li Zhengyang heard the general development idea from Lijiang's big data industry, confirming Lijiang's breakthrough and results in big data for tourism.

The city's key big data projects, including the Lijiang Tourism Big Data Center, Lijiang Tourism Big Data Comprehensive Management Platform, Tourism Big Data Trade Sub-center and the Lijiang Tourism Credit Construction Platform, were introduced and presented to Li during his inspection.

The Lijiang Tourism Big Data Exhibition Center was built as a window for the city's international promotion and exhibition. The center applies advanced experience technologies to display big data applications and solutions for tourism.

Lijiang has been developing its tourism into a pillar industry since 1994, and innovative reforms are now underway in the city as the big data industry booms throughout the country.
