For fish lovers, only good cooking skill and fresh ingredients can keep a fish's original taste. Roast fish from Lijiang will definitely make fish lovers excited. They are crispy on the outside, and the inside is tender and juicy. This cooking style keeps the original flavor of the fish.

For those who don't like to remove fish bones, roast fish is also a good choice since some of the fish bones will be removed before roasting.
