11. Penalties
The organizing committee will have video surveillance at the starting point, along the race route and at the finishing points. The committee has the right, depending on the seriousness of the problem, to: cancel the runner's 2017 Wuxi marathon qualifications and achievements, suspend the runner for 1-2 years or institute a lifetime ban and other penalties. Violators will be reported to the Chinese Athletic Association.
1. Falsifying the age of registrants or running in the place of others.
2. Participants carrying another person's timing chip or running while carrying two or more than two timing chips.
3. Not following the starting order in a non-designated start area
4. Starting in violation of the rules of conduct.
5. Unwilling to stop or quit the race after closing time and then returning to the track.
6. Not finishing the course of the race along the predetermined route, taking a shortcut, or taking unauthorized transport during the race.
7. Relay-running the race
8. Not following the requirements for the race and secretly receiving finisher souvenirs.
9. Secretly forging bib numbers and race bracelets. Or by wearing previous Wuxi marathon bib numbers and bracelets.
10. Unauthorized alteration of bib numbers and transferring bib numbers and race bracelets.
11. Uncivilized behavior, disobeying the orders of the staff, interfering with the event, or assaulting others
12. Other provisions of the act in violation of the rules.
Using false information to obtain eligibility after registration or transferring to others for runners to qualify.
