(B) the Physical Condition of Runners:
The marathon is a high-load, high-intensity, long-distance sport. It is a high-risk sport, which makes high demands on the runners' physical condition. Participants should be in good health, and running on a long-term basis.
People with the following physical conditions are advised not to participate in the competition:
1. congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
2. hypertension, and cerebrovascular disease;
3. myocarditis and other heart disease;
4. coronary artery disease and serious arrhythmia;
5. high or low blood sugar diabetes;
6. those with colds less than two weeks before the race;
7. pregnancy;
8. other conditions not suitable for sport diseases.
(C) Registration
1. Maximum of 18,000 people for the full marathon, and 7,000 people for the half marathon.
If registration exceeds the marathon and half-marathon limit, a lottery selection will be used to decide who gets to participate.
The Mini Marathon is limited to 5,000 people, and taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Participants can log in at the specified time tournament official website and fill in the information to pay.
3. Participants who register successfully but are not chosen via the lottery when the event is over-registered will receive a full refund within a week after the lottery results have been published.
4. This event marathon and half-marathon has 200 places for charity. Those chosen for charitable places are exempt from the lottery selection process.
5. Any participant who has won successive qualifications in any of the 2014, 2015, 2016 Wuxi marathon events will be exempt from the lottery selection process.
6. The top ten runners in all age groups of men and women of the 2016 Lihu International Half Marathon are from the lottery selection process.
