(G) Bag
check-in and pick-up: Runners can check in their bag in the designated bag area at the start point and pick up their bag at the end of the race.
The committee recommends that participants not store valuables in the package (such as mobile phones, documents, cash, various keys, credit cards, iPad, etc.). The committee is not responsible for any damaged or lost items.
On race day, runners can check in their bags until 7:15. On race day, runners can pick up their bags up until 11:30 for the half marathon and until 14:30 in their designated areas. Runners who don't pick up their bag can pick up their bag from the organizing committee (If it needs to be mailed, the cost of mailing the bag will be paid by the runner.) Overdue and unclaimed bags will be considered as unwanted.
(H) Medical aid:
1. the organizing committee has placed aid stations all along the race.
2. the committee has setup mobile assistance all along the race.
3. the organizing committee has set up along the race route volunteers to assist in medical care, and maintaining order. At the race, if a runner loses consciousness, then the first-aid volunteers will take all measures to provide first aid, including but not limited to CPR, AED defibrillation, vehicle rental or emergency evacuation for transport. Legal liability arising therefrom and the costs associated of such will be borne by the runner.
(I) The race will be run in accordance with the IAAF and the relevant provisions of the Chinese Athletics Association Anti-Doping Regulations.
(J) Other specific requirements and arrangements, please refer to "The Official Handbook".
9. Participation Requirements
(A) Age:
1. Marathon Age limit - at least of 20 years of age (born in 1997);
2. Half Marathon Age limit - at least 18 years of age (born in 1999);
3. Mini Marathon Age limit - at least 12 years of age (born in 2005);
Note: If minors under the age of 18 enroll in the competition, guardians must sign the liability waiver before receiving their gear and participating in the competition.
