The project is located in the north of Tuanjie East Street in Qiaodong Zone, in the south of Zirancheng Residential District, and in the east of Pingan Road, covering an area of 25.6 mu. The removal and rebuilding area is about 14800 square meters. Public construction of 30,000 square meters can be built including 6,000 square meters for stores along the street.

Ⅳ. Construction Conditions
The project is located in the south of Zirancheng which is under construction. Jixing Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. which is an affiliated enterprise of Housing Support and Public Housing Administration in Xingtai is in charge of the development and the construction of the project and it is also responsible for the removal and rebuilding and "three connections and one leveling" of the sites, assuring that a construction site is connected to water and electric power supplies and roads, and that the ground is leveled before a project is begun. Then the project follows the marketing approaches.
V. Benefit Analysis
This project together with the planned hotel in the second stage of Zrancheng project constitutes a commercial zone of 240 meters along Tuanjie East Street. After the completion of the project, this area will become the premier business center of Qiaodong Zone in our city. The total investment of the project is about 18.46 million dollars, and after the deduction of the development costs, the project benefits are estimated to be about 3 million dollars.

23. New Century Business District in Xingtai City
I. Project Content:
The project is located in the north and east parts of New Century Plaza, the south of Ximenli Street. Public buildings are going to be built.
Ⅱ. Investment Estimation and Financing:
The total investment of the project is estimated at about 52 million dollars, all from foreign investments or attracting foreign investment proportionately in the form of the limited companies. Land-use rights is to be obtained in accordance with the relevant State regulations.
III. Market Analysis
1. New Century Plaza, as the largest city square in Xingtai, was built in the late 1990s. It is not only an important place for public recreation, but also a large-scale venue for events organized by the city, with the obvious aggregation effect and living room effect. In addition, according to the overall plan for Xingtai, the New Century Square area is defined as the "urban core" of the old city, and it is the business center for the old city.
2. New Century Plaza is located in intersection of Zhongxing East Street and the Xinhua Road, less than a kilometer from the railway station. (3)the density for the buildings within the planned land should not exceed 35%; the total floor area ratio should not be greater than 2.8; the ratio of green space should not be less than 25%.
(4) 70 motor vehicle parking spaces and 140 non-motor vehicle parking spaces should be arranged in the north of Sanlian Hotel as the parking lot for the hotel. The parking for the project itself should be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.

24. Quannan Business District of Xingtai City
I. Project Content:
The project is located in the east of Road, in the south of Quannan Street, in the west of Yejin North Road and in the north of Tuanjie Street. There is open space and a small number of low buildings on the site. The commercial public buildings are to be built to create a commercial sub-center.
Ⅱ. Investment Estimation and Financing:
The total investment is 172 million dollars with the foreign investment of 100 million dollars. Land-use rights are to be obtained in accordance with the relevant State regulations.
III. Construction Conditions
The site is mainly open space now. Except Aimin Road, the other urban roads have been completed. Quannan Street already have a business base, with Baolongcang supermarket in the east, Wanchengxintiandi business center in the west, Yangguang International commercial street in the center, Yangguang International Community in the opposition and Yangguang International Mueum across the road. It is 900 m away from the largest open park (Dahuoquan Park) in the city and in the surroundings, top-grade uptowns, hospitals, primary and middle schools and other public facilities are available. Now it is a proper time to develop Quannan Street, and there is a huge pential.
