4. Shengbao Wanfo Mountain in Chengde
I. Project Content
Shengbao Wanfo Mountain Project, located in Buddhist culture and art garden scenic spot, is planned to cover an area of about 1,300 mu, and consists of four parts:
1. Shengbao Wanfo Mountain - religious activities area, built in the "Shengbao Wanfo Mountain", is a cultural facility serving both for religious activities and travel services, and it is also the main venue for Buddhist culture forum. The architectural style features in Chinese Buddhism, compatible with Tibetan Buddhism, other Buddhist sects, and cultural elements of modern architecture. The total construction area of religious activities scenic venues is 305000 square meters, including: Wanfo Temple, it is the largest and the most functional theme temple in Shengbao Wanfou Mountain; At the same time, to supplement the lack of Chinese Buddhist venues in our city, and to satisfy the hope of devotees for many years, Baoyue Nunnery is planned to be built; The original Shanshen Temple and Huoshen Temple are to be restored; a Spirit Bone Church of 5000 square meters to deposit casket (mainly used for the placement of the souls in the scenic spot), a memorial hall and other facilities are to be built.
2. Shengbao Wanfo Mountain - Buddhist Cultural Center, built in Shengbao Wanfo Mountain, has a total construction area of 4900 square meters, the main buildings in which include a Buddhist college, a printing house and a library.
3. Shengbao Wanfo Mountain – Royal Residence Area, with a total construction area of 30,000 square meters, will copy the external architectural forms of the ancient Royal Residence in Chengde, some typical of which can be chosen, such as: Tong Royal Residence and Yong Prince House, etc.
4. Shengbao Wanfo Mountain - Office Area, with a construction area of 1600 square meters, includes office, conference room, warehouse and so on.

III. Market Analysis
Puning Temple with 80 monks is the largest site for Tibetan religious activities in the North, and it witnessed the heyday of national unity in Qing Dynasty. With frequent Buddhist activities and lots of worshippers, this temple is one of the first national key cultural relics protection units, the state "5A" grade scenic spot. Each year, the number of pilgrims and believers coming to worship Buddha from mainland, such as Jingjinji, Henan, Shandong, Shanxi, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia and other places, such as Britain, France, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macao and so on is up to countries and regions to come here to, pilgrims, believers up to 500,000. 1. The project sites are located in the northeast region of Puning Temple, one of the Eight Outer Temples scenic area, with Wulie River in the east, the Qingchui peak in the opposite far distance, and Summer Palace around.
2. The four boundaries for this site: south: to the north wall of Puning Temple, north: to Songlingliang, east: to Chengde-weichang Road, east: to the 266 road.
3. The project area is mountainous, gentle slope crossing with the terrace land. It has an undulating terrain, with the largest height difference of about 98 meters.

5. Construction of "City on Hills" in Shuiquan Scenery Area, Zhangjiakou
I. Project Content
This project is aimed to serve the business function, and tourist function of the new industrial area, providing all-around necessary service. The planned area is 160.99Ha, total building area is 1016163m2, including Baolong Business Center 44603m2, the International Conference Center 47906m2, a home for the old 54000m2, the central Shuiquangou Scenery 869627m2.

It covers a distance of 2162 meters from the east to the west, taking up 161Ha. Hilly land is the character. Zhangcheng Highway is planned to run across the land from the east. According to the local plan on hilly land, the area is planned to construct "three districts and two ribbons". Those "three districts" are northern living district, northwest industrial district and southwest leisure district; The "two ribbons" are "new economic area" across the village of Dongyaozi and "modern service area" along Dongsha River and Qilishan Valley.
