To meet increasing Chinese demands for high-end goods, a luxury expo was held during May 23-25 at the Beijing International Hotel.
Designers and executives from world-renowned luxury brands attended the weekend event representing their products while sharing their brand stories and experiences.
The event featured speeches, guest talks, forums, charity banquets and a luxury brand exhibition. The participating brands covered real estate, high-end healthcare centers, jewelry, watches and even deluxe sound systems.
Jewelry brands like Royal Asscher, Boucheron, Philippe Tournaire, watch brands like DeWitt, Parmigiani, and other luxury brands like Bang & Olufsen, Opening & Closing and Bentley were on display at the expo.
As the luxury industry is booming in China, the expo served as a platform for Chinese consumers to learn more about luxury goods and high-end culture.
According to a recent report by Deutsche Bank AG, China's luxury-goods market is likely to grow by a world-leading 20 percent this year, accounting for more than a quarter of global luxury sales.
