An income list for Chinese online writers in 2013 was released on Tuesday, and three Nanjing writers were in the top 10, Nanjing-based Jinling Evening News reported on Wednesday.
The top three online writers had an income of, in descending order, of 26.5 million yuan ($4.35 million), 20 million yuan and 14.5 million yuan.
The report also said the income of the online writers came from works that were published as books, adapted as scripts, or works developed as online games.
