Recipe

1. Slice the salmon. Chef Wang perfers to use fresh salmon imported from Norway.

2. For sauce, mix sesame paste, wasabi oil, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Season with salt to taste.

3. Layer the plate with sliced nappa cabbage, sliced bamboo or asparagus, and top with sliced salmon.

4. Decorate with a mint leaf and chocolate sauce (optional.) Serve with the sesame sauce.
