Xi's special envoy to attend Ukrainian president's inauguration
( Xinhua ) Updated: 2014-06-06 20:07:42BEIJING - Chinese Cultural Minister Cai Wu will attend the Ukrainian president's inauguration ceremony, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman said on Friday.
Cai, a special envoy of Chinese President Xi Jinping, has been invited to the inauguration of new Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on Saturday, spokesman Hong Lei said.
