0ASTANA - A Kazakh military helicopter crashed near the Kazakh capital Astana on Wednesday morning, killing all four crew members on board, the defense ministry said in a statement.
The M-17 helicopter exploded in the air before its debris fell onto the ground, the Itar-Tass said. The ministry hasn't confirmed this saying.
The crash site has been blocked off and the authorities have set up a joint investigation team to probe into the cause of the accident.
