4. Since opening last November, First Floor by Lifestyle Federation has been offering contemporary continental cuisine in an exclusive dining space within Central in Hong Kong. For Valentine's Day, there will be a six-course menu with specially designed "Blending Love" whisky- and perfume-blending workshops for guests to create gifts for their loved ones on Feb 14. Workshop organizers will share some fun facts on the concepts of blending, and get hands on with guests to create the perfect fragrance and whisky blends. Participants will bring home a 50ml personalized perfume and an 80ml wax-sealed bottle of whisky to commemorate the evening. For those who have made other plans for a Valentine's meal but want to participate in the "Blending Love" gift creation, the workshop is available separately during the afternoon from noon to 3pm and from 6pm to 10pm, priced at HK$580 ($74) per couple. The Valentine's Day dinner is priced at HK$1,880 for two or a special package price for HK$2,180, inclusive of the blending workshops.
