The renowned Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute will bring about 100 pieces of top-notch artworks to the ongoing Cross-Straits (Xiamen) Cultural Industries Fair.
These creations include calligraphy, sculptures and ceramics.
The Taiwan Design Center, the island's top design organization, will bring winning designs of the Golden Pin Design Award. The award is the top design prize of the cultural and creative industry in Taiwan.
The center has also organized more than 100 brands that produce products used in daily life to exhibit at the fair.
During the fair, Little Frog, a famous Taiwan children's troupe founded in 1994 in Taichung, is due to stage performances on three days.
A large number of products and books for children are also on display at the fair.
A shopping day of handicraft products from Taiwan is planned to attract more visitors to the fair.
Xiamen Airlines sponsored the fair, providing 100 free return tickets to Taiwan. After collecting eight stamps from different parts of the fair, visitors are eligible to enter a lottery for the tickets.
