Show adds delights to International Children's Day

Synopsis

Led by the Bean-pod babies "Do Re Me", the leading character of the story—"Babe" happily sets sail from Taiwan, accompanied by "Pestle-Pounding music of Thao" that is played by Taiwanese aborigines when celebrating their harvest season. In Thailand and Vietnam of Southeast Asia, "Do Re Me" and "Babe" are introduced to a traditional Thai musical instrument—"wai gong", and "Anklong", a Vietnamese musical instrument made of bamboo which is as long as a hammock; in Europe, they get to know "castanets" of the Spanish Flamenco; in Africa, they see the vibrant and dynamic "African drums"; in Latin America, they hear "steel drums" of the Caribbean Sea; and in South America, they experience the lively dancing and rhythm of the Brazilian Carnival.

This tour has become a playmate and the best guide on music for many children. The Naughty Suitcase of Bean-pod Baby presented by the Ju Percussion Group this time showcase the features of the five continents of the world, allowing children to acquire new knowledge and acquaint themselves to different cultures from all over the world.
