Soldier has brief encounter with wife

There is an old Chinese saying that goes, "if you study hard, you will own a gold house one day". A senior high student in Wuhan Foreign Language School, Central China's Hubei province, turned the saying into a fact.

The 12th-grade student, Wang Mingyang, was admitted to New York University Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with offer of a full scholarship worth about 1.8 million yuan ($288,106), Wuhan Evening News reported on Tuesday.

The scholarship covers Wang's all expenses in the four academic years, including tuition fee, accommodation, board expenses, medical insurance, transportation, travelling charges and even pocket money.
