The 2013 Exhibition of Work by Yunnan Jade Carving Masters, which opens on Aug 9, is a highlight of the upcoming Yunnan Cultural Industry Expo. It is also a contest among jade carving masters from Yunnan province and countries in Southeast Asia.

Jade sculptors will demonstrate their techniques, ingenuity and creativity during the event. The works are mainly made of emerald and Huanglong jade. Other materials like Hetian jade, corundum and crystal will also be included.
