In addition, through e-commerce, smart tourism has developed rapidly. Besides the official e-commerce platform, Wudang is also cooperating with other websites, including Taobao.com, Ctrip.com and LY.com, to open a Wudang flagship store in Tmall, an online shopping mall. Booking and buying tickets through the Internet accounted for 10 percent of the final trade volume.
To provide hi-quality service, Wudang offers free wi-fi and self-help electronic audio guidance service to tourists.
