Wudang Mountains latest discounts

The Wudang Mountains, a scenic spot in Hubei province, welcomed as many as 28,000 tourists on April 13 and 14, the very first weekend after it issued its latest discount and rewards promotion.
The most eye-catching update is the special discount for travel agencies and media. According to an official from the Wudang Mountain Tourism Administration, to claim discounts, travel agencies and media should inform the Wudang Mountain Tourism Administration of their schedule five days in advance. For travel agencies, Travel Counselor and Manager Certifications and Tourist Guide Licenses are required. Once confirmed, entrance tickets, ropeway tickets and tickets to all other amusement rides and performances will be free.
The discounts to children and seniors remain the same.
What's more, special rewards will be provided for group tours. The reward scheme includes:
Group tours from Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou: 40,000 yuan ($6520) reward for each train with over 500 tourists, 20,000 yuan ($3260)reward for each flight with over 100 tourists.
Group tours from Wuhan, Xian, Zhengzhou, Chongqing and Chengdu: 30,000 yuan ($4890)reward for each train with over 500 tourists, 20,000 yuan ($3260)reward for each flight with over 100 tourists.
Travel agencies will be rewarded if they sell more than 10,000 entrance tickets per year through carrying out promotion activities for the Wudang Mountains.
