Wudang Mountains tea wins culture award

According to the China National Tourism Administration and the Ministry of Agriculture, the Wudang Mountains tea culture villa, Honghu city, Dingjiachong leisure park in Jingshan county and the Anfutaoyuan scenic spot in Fusi village, Zhijiang city, were recommended as "demonstration counties or sites of national leisure agriculture and rural tourism." Eight resorts in Hubei province have already won the honor.
The development of rural agriculture and rural tourism can boost local employment. Material and cultural exchanges between urban and rural areas could elevate the national leisure industry. Hubei has rich agricultural resources making it a major tourism and agricultural province. The tourism sector will cooperate with the agricultural sector to promote provincial regional economic development.
