Wudang martial art performance likely at 2012 Spring Festival Gala

A Wudang martial art performance is possibly presented at the 2012 Spring Festival Gala, an annual program hosted by CCTV on Chinese Lunar New Year.

It has already been performed at the gala’s draft program and received great appraisal. The performance, named Jian Xin Shu Yun (the heart of sword and the rhythm of books), is based on the mysterious Wudang martial arts. Actors using Chinese writing brushes as swords played a series of breathtaking moves with grace and strength.
