Shanxi will open a non-governmental for-profit hospital, according to news released by Shanxi Health Commission on March 4.
The hospital, which will be known as Shanxi Ren'an Hospital, is going to be built at No 3 Chuangxin Street in Xiaodian district, Taiyuan. It is expected to have capacity for 508 beds. Dozens of medical departments such as internal medicine, surgery and traditional Chinese medicine are set to be based in the new facility.
Suggestions or objections for the hospital can be submitted to Shanxi Health Commission in written form until March 10.
