Pipeline steel for the eastern route of the China-Russia natural gas pipeline is manufactured in a factory owned by Taiyuan Iron & Steel Group (TISCO), Shanxi province, Nov 28. The company has so far provided X80 pipe line steel totaling 48,000 tons for the pipeline project, a key program under the framework of the national Belt and Road Initiative.
