This project (Fuyang Road–Fuyang No.2 Road) has a total length of around 2210 m, and a red-line width of 70 m; the section type is 7-16-2-20-2-16-7 – namely a 20 m canal at the middle with a 2 m green belt on either of both sides, a 16 m roadway with 7 m pavement on either of both sides (4.5 m for pedestrians, and the rest for the green belt); the drain applies the mode of rainwater-sewage separation; double bridges are built across the Fengshou Canal, and a bridge is respectively built across Fuyang No.1 Road, secondary trunk road, and Fuyang No.2 Road. As for environmental-sanitation facilities, one public toilet (totaling 4) is built at intervals of 500 m, and one refuse transfer station (totaling 3) at intervals of 1000 m.
