The 21st China Process Control Conference was held in Hangzhou Dianzi University during August 7 and 8, 2010. Four academicians, four winners selected from the project "Overseas High-level Talents Introduction" and 450 representatives from home and abroad attended the conference.

The conference focused on major development strategies in the field of process control at home and abroad, discussing issues of how to carry forward the information development of industry, how to realize automation of industry and how to develop manufacturing industry in a low-carbon, energy-saving and high-efficient way.

The conference committee received 554 papers submitted for publication, of which 218 were selected after careful examination and appraisal.
