Hangzhou is a perfect place for taking a walk. You can imagine what a wonderful thing it is to walk along West Lake. You can not only exercise your body, but also enjoy the beautiful scenery. Even many foreigners come to Hangzhou specifically to take a walk.
I also took part in the walking held by a scientific weight loss agency a few days ago. After some warming-up, we were ready for our "journey". With the help of my fitness trainer, I wore a small machine on my waist which recorded my movements.
During the walk, one man who was in his seventies caught my attention. He walked even quicker than most young people, and he advised young people to spend more time doing exercise just as he did.
“Young people nowadays spend too much time sitting in their offices and in front of their computers. You will be as healthy as me when you are at my age if you often come out to walk along the West Lake. I have kept the habit for almost 30 years”.
