The negative effect of the international financial crisis exerted on Hangzhou's economy is gradually weakening with the help of the supportive polices of the government. There is a piece of good news from Hangzhou Statistic Bureau: the grow rate of the profit in Hangzhou's large and medium scaled enterprises has become "above zero".
