Greentown bids RMB 428m for Hangzhou land

Hangzhou-based real estate developer Greentown China Holdings has purchased a 24,000-square-meter residential land parcel for RMB 428 million in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, on December 1.

The development in Hangzhou’s Gongshu District will be built for residential use.

Greentown China Holdings Limited, headquartered in Hangzhou (Zhejiang Province), China, is one of the leading residential property developers in China. Greentown is primarily focused on providing middle-to-upper middle end apartments for China's rapidly emerging urban middle-class.

Greentown's developments are known for their high quality, and are typically large integrated residential complexes that offer a combination of different product series with such ancillary facilities as club houses, kindergartens and grocery stores.
