A ceremony was held yesterday to commemorate the signing of agreement on Hangzhou-Singapore low carbon technology park project in Hangzhou Qianjiang Economic Development Zone.

Recently Hangzhou has launched a low carbon emission campaign in a bid to develop into a model city with low carbon emission rate. The low carbon technology park would be built into an eco-friendly park that embodies green factor throughout the whole design, construction and daily operation process.
