Hangzhou’s Citizens’ Home officially opened to the public last month.

The home has dealt with over 57,000 cases for nearly 90,000 citizens, with an average of 2,400 cases for 4,100 people per day.

A convenient one-stop service is available at the Citizen’s Home, helping individuals deal with the new environment. The service, provided by the Hangzhou government, has been highly appraised by the public.

In order to provide door-to-door service, an “online citizens’ home” and “online administrative service center” is under rapid construction, according to reports.
