For enterprises, which move to Hangzhou with a registered capital of more than one billion yuan, Hangzhou Municipal Government will subsidize them with five million yuan.

The subsidy policy coupled with other favorable policies was issued by Hangzhou Minicipal government to attract well-known companies to settle in Hangzhou.

For those with more than 100 million and less than one billion, they can get two million; for enterprises with registered capital between 50 million and 100 million, they will be subsidized with one million yuan.

The subsidy for the use of office buildings, excluding the affiliated rooms or facilities, will also support the enterprises’ development in Hangzhou. For every square meter bought, the companies will be granted 1,000 RMB and the grant will be given within three years by installment. The total amounts to ten million yuan.

For the personnel perspective, Hangzhou also issued a series of policies to attract senior talents. Those intermediate professional titles below the age of 45, deputy senior titles below 50 and senior ones under the age of 55 will be granted with HUKOU, permanent resident cards, once verified by relevant government departments. For accomplished talents whom Hangzhou is greatly in need of, the terms can be softened accordingly.
