A student in a university in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, ran across the premises completely naked to protest frequent power cuts in the dorm.

Hu Huakai, an international trade major at Zhejiang Gongshang University, left his car on the busiest street of the campus at around 9 pm on November 5 and dashed nude across the campus for more than 20 minutes.

Reportedly, Hu had streaked once before "to comfort a heartbroken classmate".
