More than 200 men and women, who gather every morning at a park in downtown Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, swear a special exercise routine they follow helps them stay young and healthy.
The group spends half an hour daily exercising their neck, arms, stomach and legs.
Some of those who have been following the routine for 10 years said they had never even caught a cold.
Calling the exercise routine an "anti-aging formula", the group attributed its invention to Jin Shuilin, an 80-year-old local resident, who "came up with the routine after reading hundreds of ancient medical books".
