The 16th Zhejiang Provincial Real Estate Expo will be held from Oct 23 to Oct 26 at the Hangzhou Peace International Convention and Exhibition Center and Zhejiang World Trade International Exhibition Center.

The Expo mainly deals in commercial housing and sales of second-hand homes under the theme “Maintain the Market, Promote Development”.

Over 80 housing enterprises will be taking part in the exhibition, including 10 agencies. There will be over 2,260 booths covering 46 thousand square meters in the two exhibition venues, 2,083 of which will be used for displaying new developments.

The 16th Zhejiang Provincial Real Estate Expo, sponsored by the Zhejiang Housing and Rural-Urban Construction Bureau, is organized by the Zhejiang Real Estate Association, Zhejiang Real Estate Appraisers and Agents Association, Hangzhou Construction Commission and Hangzhou Real Estate Administration.
