Hangzhou Mayor Cai Qi met with 10 foreign delegations and a counselor delegation at the Hangzhou Shangri-La hotel today in a greeting ceremony for tomorrow’s Mayor Conference, which is part of the 11th West Lake Internationa Expo.

The delegates and Mayor Cai will deliver speeches, exchange gift and pose for photos.

The following city delegations will be in attendance: Lund, Sweden; Sri Jayawardanapura Kotte, Sri Lanka; Baguio, the Philippines; Dresden, Germany; Nice, France; Beit Shemesh, Israel; Leeds, UK; Seogwipo, South Korea and Pisa, Italy.
