The first change is the development of infrastructure. "Traditionally, infrastructure construction is to ensure normal transportation and power and water supply, but today it also covers networks for communication and information," said Liu.
In the past five years, the construction of railways, highways and airports developed rapidly. The province has completed internet coverage for all villages, guaranteeing communication and information availability.
The tangible traffic network and the invisible communication network are breaking the mountainous barriers to link Guizhou province and the outside world.
