Alibaba taps Silk Road Economic Belt China's e-commerce giant Alibaba Group has signed agreements with Gansu province to develop e-commerce, cloud computing and big data in Northwest China. Taobao now offering Longnan specialties Taobao, a major Chinese online marketplace, is now carrying a “Specialties of China” online shop for the city of Longnan.
