Micro-film blue paper released

The Blue Paper for Micro-film in China has been released by China Micro-Film Organization. The paper sums up the ups and downs of the fledging industry in 2011 and provides advice for its future development.

The first part of the paper is a report written by Zhou Kai, deputy director of Chinese Market Research Center at Renmin University, which records the development and problems of the industry over the past few years.

The second part is a special report detailing the characteristics of the industry, the effects it has on the economy and its possible future.
