K-pop artist Psy has opened his personal account on Sina Weibo, a popular microblog service provider in China.
The singer sent greetings to Chinese fans via a video, "Hello everyone. I'm Gangnam Style Psy. I'm a singer from South Korea. I've heard that 'Gangnam Style' is now a hit in China. I would like to thank you all. At the same time, I now announce that I've just opened my official Weibo account. Please do keep following me."
His Sina Weibo gained nearly 150-thousand followers in less than one day.
