Lindsay Lohan is being honored at the Capri Hollywood Film Festival in Italy for her contribution to cinema.
The festival’s producer Pascal Vicedomini said that they were delighted to recognize the Mean Girls star’s talent as a performing artist, as well as her position as an icon in the world of entertainment.
Lohan will be honored on Dec 30th at the Italian island.
“It is indeed an honor to have Lindsay Lohan at Capri Hollywood,” the New York Post quoted Vicedomini, as saying.
“We are delighted to recognize her talent as a performing artist, as well as her position as an icon in the world of entertainment,” Vicedomini added.
Oscar winners Vanessa Redgrave, Faye Dunaway, Mira Sorvino and Geoffrey Rush are some of the previous recipients of this honor.
