The film is based on Perry's play of the same name, which he will be writing, directing and producing as a feature.
The movie is the fourth in Perry's lucrative franchise which also includes Diary Of A Mad Black Woman, Madea's Family Reunion and Daddy's Little Girls.
The film revolves around a couple who go away with friends every winter to examine their marriage in a group setting, with one of the wives bringing along a sexy temptress who causes trouble.
Jackson was last seen on the big screen in 2000 in Nutty Professor II: The Clumps opposite Eddie Murphy.
Filming is scheduled to start next week in Canada and then moves to Atlanta, Georgia, where Perry recently opened his own studio.
