Britney Spears almost tripped as she left a NYC hotel on May 18 while holding Sean Preston. She had a drink in her right hand as she tried to go through a group of onlookers. She then tripped causing the baby's head to go backwards and off went his hat. She luckily regained control just in the nick of time.
